Return Policy
If delivered product is defective due to manufacturer's fault, it can be returned for exchange only, no later than 10 days after delivery date. Any return received past 10 day period, will not be accepted. Full refund is issued only if replacement item no longer available or has been discontinued by the manufacturer. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # MUST be obtained from NORTH ATLANTIC RECORDS before return can be initiated. We reserve the right to deny any RMA # request for any reason at our own discretion. We reserve the right to reject any return sent to us without priorly obtained RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.
We do not accept refund requests for what we consider as "TEST-DRIVE" purchases, where an order is being placed only to be canceled by the buyer short time later. In any such case shipment will not be stopped and transaction will be completed, as scheduled.
